NURSING HOME MANAGER - NORTH YORKSHIRE - PIN NOT ESSENTIAL!
SALARY £45,000 to £50,000 NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
COMMUTABLE FROM HARROGATE, WETHERBY, YORK, KNARESBOROUGH, POOL IN WHARFEDALE & SURROUNDING AREAS
 
My client is looking for a Home Manager to be responsible for this beautiful nursing home set in an idyllic location within North Yorkshire. If you are a Care Home Manager with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding personal care and looking for a company who can support and develop you even further then this is the job for you!
The company provide care for the elderly across a number of services specialising in Dementia, Nursing and Residential Care for older people.
To be considered for this position you will need:
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of care

  • Possess strong leadership and management skills

  • Management or supervisory experience essential, ideally registered manager would consider a deputy who is dynamic and looking to develop

  • Registered Manager Awards required, ideally with an active RGN/RMN pin but not essential

  • Highly articulate in spoken and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of the latest in Dementia care training and provision

  • Confident, adaptable, resilient and commercially aware

  • Clear knowledge of CQC standards


The Role
As the Home Manager you will assume full responsibility for all day-to-day operations:
  • Running all aspects of the care home, ensuring it runs efficiently

  • Maintaining consistently high standards & CQC compliance

  • Marketing and maintaining full occupancy

  • Overall budgetary & financial responsibility

  • Recruiting, coaching and mentoring staff
