This opportunity has arisen due to the fact the previous manager, who has been with the company for the last seven years, is being given the opportunity to open one of their brand new services.

You will be given full autonomy to do your job, whilst enjoying support when you need it from the Director, Operations Director and Regional Manager, who are all clinical.

Requirements for this position

In order to be considered for this role you must be a qualified nurse with a nursing pin registered with the NMC. Previous and recent Nursing Home Management experience is desired, although a competent and experienced Deputy Manager working in a large nursing home may be considered. Leading teams and clear communication will be the key to success. Even better will be a proven track record of 'Good' or improved CQC reports.
