Requirements for this position
In order to be considered for this role you must:
- hold a current nursing pin with the NMC, either RGN or RMN.
- have up to date and relevant nursing home management experience.
- have a good understanding of the CIW and their regulations.
- have extra Leadership and Management qualifications, NVQ 5/RMA
- have a good understanding of leading multidisciplinary teams
