Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Home Manager RGN or RMN to join a small but fantastic elderly nursing care home in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Package for the Home Manager RGN or RMN includes but is not limited to:
* £45,000 - £47,500 per annum
* Full time hours
* Opportunities for further training and development
Home Manager RGN or RMN requirements:
* RGN or RMN qualified
* Previous experience working in Elderly Care Management is desireable
* Will consider a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager looking to step up
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management.
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
