Are you an experienced Supervisor/Deputy Manager ready to make that next step up in your career to Home Manager? My client is looking to appoint a Home Manager within their Care Home, based in Glasgow.
As Home Manager you will ensure the provision of high quality and the kindest care to Residents is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will drive continuous improvement within the home both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
To be considered for this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC pin on NMC register (Nursing Homes only). You will also hold a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or a willingness to complete study for one.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a Supervisory/Deputy Manager role in a Care Home setting. You will have a flair for leadership and a real understanding of what quality care looks and feels like. You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality and kind service, occupancy, financial performance and development of external relationships.
On offer is a competitive salary (dependant on experience) + Incentive Scheme. Home Managers can potentially earn up to an additional £13,000 per year if all Incentive Scheme targets are met.
