Remit
Belmont Recruitment are working with a private care provider that own a portfolio of nursing homes. Their ambitions are to continue to grow, whilst maintaining high levels of care throughout the business.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must be from a care home background and currently working as a Home Manager in a service that provides nursing care or with similar experience. You must have the ability to motivate a staff team and maintain good standards of care.
This candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care home. This position requires a confident, positive person who is able to bring new ideas to the home and can work with internal and external professionals to ensure the home remains successful.
You must have experience managing within the care home sector.
Requirements
• Current Home Manager
• Excellent leadership qualities
• Passion for elderly care
• Good knowledge of CQC requirements
