We have been asked to recruit a Hospital Director for a private Mental Health Hospital that offers care to around 75 patients, in number of specialised wards, offering patients a recovery pathway back to integration into the community.
You would need to take the Registered Manager registration with the CQC
You would need to take responsibility for the performance and overall reputation of the hospital, and report to the Board of Directors
You would need to take responsibility for the strategic direction of the hospital and for longer term objectives as set by the Board.
You would be responsible with the senior managers for creating and achieving annual business and budgetary plans.
You would need to ensure that auditing is in place to ensure robust operational and financial controls are achieved.
You need to be a strong presence with Major customers and professional associates, ensuring all staff present themselves in a professional manner.
You would need to ensure that all operatiing and quality controls are in place, and you should be able to take appropriate time sensitive action to remedy results as and when required.
Clinically we would like you to have experience with ASD and PICU.
We believe this role will suit an Experienced Hospital Director, we don't believe this is a role for somebody stepping up, and looking for promotion.
