We are seeking applicants for the post of Hospital Manager to join a strong team of staff in Bristol.
The role of Hospital Manager is to be responsible for the day to day management of Hospital operations.
As Hospital Manager you will responsible for and maintain the high quality and standards, whilst maintaining overall responsibility at the site. You will be empowered to lead your team and make decisions that mirror that values of our client to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered at all times.
The Hospital Manager has full responsibility for clinical governance, operations, staffing and finance. The successful individual must obtain and maintain CQC registered manager status.
Our ideal applicant will have extensive healthcare management experience, ideally Degree level qualified or NVQ Level 5.
This role would suit a Nurse, Allied Healthcare Professional or an individual with experience at a similar level and prior direct healthcare experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are a must as is experience of managing operational and organisational change. Experience within a similar role will make your application really stand out to the client.
