Leaders In Care has an exciting vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Hospital Manager to work with a market-leading private hospital group, which has a newly commissioned hospital in Bristol. The successful nursing candidate will be paid up to £44,000pa for the full-time position, which is flexible over five days. As the Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and sustaining the highest possible quality and standards of healthcare services on-site, through consistent, strong leadership. While maintaining overall responsibility, you will be supported by an experienced Area Manager to collaborate and achieve outstanding results. You'll also need in-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process, and have experience in managing organisational change effectively.
Your principal responsibilities for this Hospital Manager position will include governance and quality; staffing; operations management; and budgeting and financials. The role will suit candidates with experience in the NHS or private sector as an Area Manager, Hospital Manager, Clinical Manager, Regional Manager or Hospital Director.
