Job Description

HR Administration Team Leader

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 (Monday to Friday)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Warnham, Horsham

SHC is a Health Social Care organisation going through a period of change, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administration Team Leader. We are in the process of changing the way that HR works and its service delivery model so this is a great time to join the organisation.

To apply for this post you must have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior HR Administration or HR Advisory role;
  • An excellent understanding of the employee life cycle, and in particular processes in terms of administration support;
  • Energy and passion to deliver excellent an HR administration service, including recruitment administration, generalist HR administration;
  • Commitment and the ability to work in a challenging environment.

Experience of working in the Health & Social Care sector is desirable, as well as the ability to manager, coordinate and supervise a small team, although not essential as development and coaching will be provided for the successful candidate.

The successful candidate should have their own transport.
