HR ADMINISTRATOR – LONDON
 
Are you an ambitious and highly organised individual, looking to develop your career in HR Administration? Due to expansion my client one of the UK’s most exciting Life Science businesses with a state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Stevenage require an experienced HR Administrator to join their growing team based in London (close to London Bridge).  This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package and would suit those who have HR Administration skills gained within a fast-paced professional environment.
 
The Role: You will join an expanding HR team which is split between Stevenage, Braintree and Central London, your role will be based Central London (close to London Bridge). Working as a HR Administrator you will be responsible for administrative and operational activities within the HR department and will be the first point of contact for HR related queries for London based employees.  Your key focus will be to administer employee documentation to include contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs, working alongside a Senior HR Administrator.
 
Experience:  The successful candidate will be a versatile, hard-working, and diligent individual with strong people skills who has worked within a busy HR generalist environment who is able to manage multiple projects and has experience of providing administration on key recruitment activities, ensuring all paperwork is handled efficiently and proactively.  You will have worked with eHRMS and will be working towards or will already be CIPD Level 3 qualified.
