HR Advisor
2 month Contract
Location: Dartford
Rate: £23.22 Umbrella

Role:
To provide HR generalist support to HR Business manager
To include HR policies updates including grievance, absentees, and disciplinary
Conduct exit interviews
Manage and collate global HR metrics and analyse data
Manage site induction, new starter packs, pensions and offers
Ensure student apprenticeships are effective
Look to improve HR processes
Assist in organisational activities

Profile:
CIPD level 4 + preferred
Experience of working in a demanding HR environment
Good communication skills
Excellent administrative skills
Skills in HR Information systems
The Company is an innovative Pharmaceutical company who invest in their people
