Implementation Specialist

The company
Our client is a disruptive player in the rapidly growing surgical robotics space. They produce state-of-the art robotics for the minimally invasive surgery space that are set to change the face of surgery forever. Their robot will improve patient care and have a huge impact on the healthcare market, from surgeons to patients alike.

The role
As Implementation Specialist, you will be our clients’ brand ambassador, ensuring every customer considers themselves as a valued partner.
Responsibilities include:

Becoming an expert in the product portfolio

Consulting with clinical and non-clinical hospital staff through the implementation process

Providing ongoing advice and guidance to maximise utilisation of the system
-
Undertaking case support and troubleshooting
-
Planning and overseeing the numerous phases of product installations across the territory

Delivering against contracted Service Level Agreements with customers
-
Building lasting and engaging relationships with stakeholders

Providing regular service delivery reviews and recommend improvements
The requirements
You’ll have experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education training, as well as…

Degree educated in Life Science or equivalent clinical/medical experience
-
Experience of minimal access surgery, navigation, and robotics
-
Strong business acumen and hyper organised
-
Demonstrable commitment to customer and peer training, ideally with advanced technology within a clinical environment

Proven track record of co-operating across business functions
-
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently
-
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Based in Wales and be flexible and willing to travel nationally 3-4 days a week
This is a field-based role, so you are required to have a driving license and access to your own car.
