JOB TITLE: Internal Account Manager
LOCATION: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
JOB TYPE: 12 months (maternity cover)
PAY RATE: £11.75ph + bonus
Our client, who is a global Medical Device company, strives in bringing together exceptional experts to build successful teams. Based within their Toxicology department, we are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join them to cover a maternity leave for 12 months.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic customer service or sales professional, who has a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships. This is a sales role which requires no cold-calling, you will be given a number of established accounts to take care of.
The Role-
Manage numerous small, established accounts
Deliver on set KPIs
Pro-active sales activity in targeted campaigns
To develop processes, systems and reports to engage, improve and contribute to work processes
You will be required to work closely with an external partner and within an internal sales team
Build relationship with people in other departments to work together resolving customer issues.
Create a positive working relationship with key customer contacts Ideal Skills and Experience-

Can understand customer requirements
