Key Account Manager - Teleradiology
Are you a proactive problem-solver who is enthusiastic and ambitious? Our client is currently looking for a self-starting Key Account Manager to join their growing team at this exciting high growth time across Greater London.

Our client is a leading high-growth international teleradiology organisation who supports radiology departments globally. They continue to be the fastest growing teleradiology provider in the world and are well placed for sustained growth and increased demand. Our client offers exceptional coverage to hospitals in need of urgent services that are spread and interconnected across the world.
The role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients including several key accounts. You will be the primary point of contact with the customer and be responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction for orders, customer enquiries, pre-project engagement meetings and complaints.
Other responsibilities include:

Upselling and cross-selling
-
Meeting and presenting to senior hospital management
-
Managing the CRM system and relevant account management
-
Preparing client presentations, reports, and tenders
-
Attending single and multi-day exhibitions and conferences
-
Conducting market research
-
Providing support to the Business Development Director
You’ll have at least 6 years of professional experience and a proven track record in a similar role, as well as:

Degree level educated in a relevant discipline
-
3+ years NHS account management experience
-
Experience managing large service accounts
-
Thorough understanding of NHS purchasing and procurement
-
Highly experienced in NHS contracting and contract renewals
-
Proven track record in growing and retaining accounts
-
Excellent customer service and engagement skills
-
Articulate with good interpersonal skills, highly organised and well presented
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-
Ideally based in London, required to attend the London office 1-2 days a week
