TEC Partners are pleased to be collaborating with an exciting Molecular Diagnostics company, who on the back of a hugely successful funding round, are actively seeking to expand their team with a Biomanufacturing Associate at their site in North Cambridgeshire.

Laboratory Manufacturing Associate responsibilities:

This role will be central to supporting a Bioproduction team in their efforts to establish process development and manufacturing capabilities.

The role will include the following key responsibilities:

Routine preparation and qualification of biochemical reagents for process development and manufacturing
Support Senior members of the team with the performance and accurate reporting of laboratory experiments
Perform bioproduction activities to support the manufacturing team
Support the installation, validation and maintenance of laboratory manufacturing equipment
Documentation and reporting of results and data in accordance with agreed protocols
Ensure compliance of laboratory operations with the company's quality system
Support the smooth running and management of the laboratory
Support the preparation and continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and SOPs

Laboratory Manufacturing Associate Profile:

Candidates are expected to have a degree relevant to working in a laboratory environment.
It is advantageous but not essential for candidates to have experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing environment and to have awareness of GLP, ISO13485 or GMP quality standards.
Good IT, writing and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure accurate documentation of activities and effective communication within the development & manufacturing team.
