Lead Theatre Practitioner, Surrey, Full Time, Permanent, up to £40,000pa + Benefits

Key Details: I am recruiting for a Lead Theatre Practitioner to join a Private Hospital located in Surrey on a full time permanent basis. This site is well established with experienced staff offering facilities with the latest in technology and on-site support services.

The Key details are -

Location: Surrey - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum / £18.41 - £20.51 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.

Hours: Full Time available - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit a Lead Theatre Practitioner to join a private hospital to join a close knit theatre team, you will be required to lead the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community. You will be required to carry out duties within Anesthetics, Scrub and Recovery such as assemble check and prepare the appropriate anaesthetic equipment, emergency drugs and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures incorporating various types of anaesthesia. Other duties will include ensuring that the highest standards of clinical quality management is maintained to promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of patients, employees and visitors.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Lead Theatre Practitioner to possess an NMC or HCPC registration without restrictions. Post registrations qualification relevant to functional specialty i.e ASP or SFA. Mentorship qualification is a must. You must have completed ILS course. Significant post-registration experience within a high acuity speciality. It is desirable for you to have a flexible and adaptable approach and bring strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
