To work within a specialist multi-disciplinary team, and in conjunction with other statutory and non-statutory services, provide assessment and treatment for people with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and / or acquired brain injuries , who have offended or are at risk of offending.
The service is provided in the community across Kent, Surrey and Sussex, as well as working closely with inpatient teams in secure hospitals to ensure the safe and efficient discharge of patients to the community. The post holder will be situated within the FOLS service.
