Job Title: Male, Support Worker - Full-Time - 35 hours per week or Part-Time - 21 or 28 hours per week
Location: Shirley, Solihull
Pay Rate: £8.91 per hour
Shifts: You will join the rota including morning and afternoon shifts (7:30am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 9:30pm), you will need to be flexible to cover between Monday - Sunday.
Role Overview: As a Support Worker at 18 Aqueduct Road you will provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible. Our support workers incorporate both therapy based activities and social based activities.
Requirements: For male candidates in this location with working/paid care experience in supporting service users with challenging behaviour.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
