Marketing Communications Officer 37 hours per week Contract role up to January 2022 with a possible extension Home based role with occasional travel to Head office (Derby) when required As a Marketing Communications Officer, your primary objective will be to increase the reach and impact of MHA's profile in order to grow sales, occupancy, fundraising income, participation and influence. You will do this through the development, delivery and evaluation of high value and effective marketing communications plans across a range of planned activity and tactical opportunities, using an appropriate media mix above and below the line. Some of the key responsibilities are:
  • Delivering communications plans to support our three core services - Care Homes, Retirement Living and Communities.

  • Working with the Fundraising team to implement communications plans and collateral in support of our fundraising activities.

  • Building a knowledge and understanding of customer experience at all touch and responding appropriately

  • Reporting on metrics and KPI's pertinent to our campaigns and undertaking appropriate evaluation.
