An exciting opportunity has arisen at Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust Community Services for an inspiring clinical leader. The matron team in the Calderdale Community Division take a lead in the clinical leadership of their teams as well as wider senior management team supporting the operational aspects of running a Community service.

The successful candidate will be expected to have an and up to date knowledge of Community services and must be able to provide clinical leadership and motivation to develop the existing teams, environment and policy development within the scope of national and local frameworks.

You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong leadership and staff development skills. A strong commitment to your ongoing professional education and development is essential.
