Nurse Manager - Lancashire - £38-£40K!
Position: Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN)
Location: Lancashire
Wage: £38-£40K DOE
Hours: 40 hours p/week

Our client, based in Poulton Le Fylde, Lancashire is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join their experienced and friendly team at a highly regarded home who provide care for the elderly.
This role is for an RGN/RMN within a small elderly care home in Lancashire providing general nursing care to the elderly with a range of needs.
The home provides holistic care to the residents, supporting, nurturing and encouraging them to live happy, fulfilled lives.

As a Nurse Manager, you will play a key part in the daily running of the nursing home. Ensuring that the Specialist Care Centre runs effectively and efficiently and that the care provided is of the highest quality, maintaining the Good` CQC standards.
You should be a great team player with management and leadership experience.

You will be expected to manage the day to day running of the home and be able to clinically advise the nursing staff when necessary. Responsibility for a team of nursing and care staff. You will lead by example, providing strong leadership to your team.
You will have a person centred ethos, a great communicator, and be committed to enriching the lives of the individuals in your care.

As Manager, your duties will include:

•Taking charge of the nursing home
•Leading and supervising a team of nursing staff
•Very strong clinical skills
•Delivery of excellent, person-centred care
•A passion for elderly care
•Good communication skills
•Fluent understanding of CQC requirements and local policies and guidelines regarding care.

The ideal applicant will have:

•Experience working in a similar setting
•Be registered with the NMC, and have an active Pin
•At least two years` experience working in a senior or leadership position
•Be dedicated to providing excellent care to residents
•Can work well as part of a team
