As they continue their growth into the Dermatology and skin treatments market, our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for all customers and responsible for after-sales support, orders and repairs. Key roles and responsibilities for the Sales Support Specialist Responsible for supporting the wider sales team, building customer loyalty, growing sales, driving profitability and differentiating the business from the competition. Identify opportunities for the Account Managers and Key Account Managers. Identify and pro-actively target leads / prospects in the channel. Organise product demonstrations and training virtually as required. Book and prepare meetings for the Account Managers and the Key Account Managers. Execute tele-sales strategy in line with marketing communications / promotions. Prepare proposals and / or quotations for channel. Minimum requirements for the Sales Support Specialist Candidates must have Medical Devices experience. You will have a strong background within a customer service, sales or administration role. Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to work successfully under pressure. A desire to continue learning about new products in the market and staying up to date with advances within the industry. Ability to create new relationships and manage existing ones, building customer loyalty.
