Experienced Medical Receptionist required in Solihull

We're working with a centre based in Solihull who are looking for an experienced receptionist to work with them on a temporary locum basis starting ASAP and on-going for the next couple of months.
The rate for this role would be £11.75 per hour (this rate includes holiday pay)!
Ideally they are looking for 15-20 hours per week, through until the end of March. They can be flexible with the days/times of shifts, so you can create your own schedule. If you can cover the full 20 hours or could just offer a few hours of cover at their site around your current role/commitments, that can be considered too!
For this role, you must have experience working in General Practice and be confident with:
- Reception duties
- Making appointments
- Taking messages
- Liaising messages between clinical staff and patients.
- They use System One, so proficiency with this IT system is ideal, but not essential.
As you would be the first point of contact for patients on arrival at the practice/on calling the practice, you will be a professional and friendly presence, with understanding on confidentiality.
You will receive an induction on your first day, which will provide a great opportunity to be introduced to the team and find your feet in the Practice. From there, you will use your existing experience to work autonomously, alongside the existing admin team and the other clinicians on site.
