We have a new opening for a Medical Receptionist in Leeds, for part time hours, 18 hours with the option of negotiable start/finish times.

The role is in LS9 postcode, South East Leeds, it's a lovely General Practice and Walk in Service that is looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team and ensure the excellent patient care and service continue to be provided within the community.

You'll need to have experience working as a Receptionist, ideally within General Practice, but any healthcare setting would be considered. You should be IT literate, and confident with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve booking in appointments, answering questions and queries from patients face to face and over the phone, managing rotas, and general administrative tasks across the office.

The service has a good CQC report, they pride themselves on providing safe and continuous patient care to the 5000 patients on their list. The surgery use System One, have parking on site and good public transport links to the city centre. It would be beneficial to have experience using System One and having an active Smartcard.

You will receive a salary of £17,000 per annum, 4 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays off, pension contributions, indemnity provided and flexible working. They have 18 hours available. This is a permanent continuous contract option for you.
