An outstanding individual is sought to fulfil the role of Mental Capacity Lead with NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
The post holder will strategically lead on all aspects of the Mental Capacity Act, to ensure that NHS Leeds CCG and commissioned services are compliant with legislative requirements and that the principles of the Act are embedded in practice. The post requires strong and effective leadership and a sound comprehensive knowledge base of the Mental Capacity Act, relevant legislation, including safeguarding. The post holder will be required to work with key local and regional stakeholders to ensure that outcomes are improved.
