Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust Bank facilitated by NHS Professionals is seeking to interview and recruit enthusiastic and well-motivated Band 3 Clinical support workers to work at a variety of sites.

We have opportunities in both inpatient and community settings for Clinical Support Workers to join well established patient focused clinical teams.

Duties include:

  • Care for the patient’s physical, psychological, social, spiritual, cultural and recreational needs within a defined programme of healthcare ensuring that the patient’s dignity is maintained at all times.
  • Observe, report and record any changes, which may indicate an alteration in the patient’s wellbeing as well as any routine observations required.
  • Communicate with patients, relatives and carers ensuring that professional boundaries are observed at all times.

Successful applicants will have:

  • NHS awarded Care Certificate

OR

  • NVQ/ Diploma Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (dated 2011 onwards)
  • A minimum of 3 months’ experience with mental health patients in a care home/hospital/prison setting

136 Suite, Chatterton House, Kings Lynn

Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).We provide an age inclusive serviceif youmeet the admission criteria. We offer careif you haveacute mental health issues that may be difficult to care for on a general acute ward. We also take admissions directly from the community if PICU is required.

West Adult CRHT, Chatterton House, Kings Lynn

Crisis Resolution Home Treatment

Samphire Ward, Chatterton House, Kings lynn

16 bed, inpatient unit. Ensuite single room facilities for men and women with a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression and bipolar disorder.
