Job Description

Job Title: Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) - newly qualified or experienced 

We are looking for Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ) based in Surrey to work with adults with mental health needs. This role would suit either a newly qualified Nurse or a Nurse with experience, training is offered to suit all levels of experience.

  • Service Type: mental health, rehabilitation
  • Grade: newly qualified or up to 3 years' experience
  • Location: Surrey - free parking at site 
  • Salary: £14.43 - £16.33 per hour / £28,425 - £31,499 per annum ( depending on experience ) 
  • Hours: full time ( 37.5 hours per week ) or part time ( 24 - 36 hours per week ) available
  • Shifts: day shifts, night shifts or rotational shifts available 
  • Contract Type: permanent

Further Details: This service is designed to offer bespoke care for adults with a mental health condition. Service users benefit from extended treatment and rehabilitation. Each service user has a tailored and individual care plan which is closely monitored by the nursing team. 

Working at this unit you will receive on-going training, development and support. There are training plans specifically designed to Nurses with varying levels of experience. Upon joining the service your career pathway is clearly outlined and progression is encouraged. 

The Manager at this service is understanding of individual's requirements regarding hours and shifts. Flexibility is always offered and if you have specific preferences we aim to accommodate these.
