An exciting opportunity has just become available for an RMN to join a Private Mental Health Hospital in Roehampton!

Salary per annum: £29,118 - £31,262 per annum
(+£5400 Nursing Allowance & £4800 London Living Wage Enhancement!)
EXTRA £1000 BONUS FOR SPECIALIST WARDS

Hours and length of contract:
•Full Time Permanent Position
•37.5 hours per week: 3 shifts 1 week, 4 shifts the next
•Long day shifts: 07:30-20:00
•Long night shifts: 19:30 - 08:00
•A regular rotating shift pattern over a 7 day period
•Service operates 24/7

Positions Available:
•CAMHS Ward **
•CAMHS Eating Disorder Ward **
•Adult Eating Disorder Ward **
•Adult Acute Ward

Daily Duties:
The hospital provides residential treatment for up to 100 service users experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, autism spectrum disorders, eating disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-harm, ADHD and sleep problems.

Responsibilities will include:
•Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, a structured approach to nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse
•Supervising team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process recognising the skills required across the team
•Monitor and review Nursing Care plans
•Prioritise nursing duties and delegate appropriately and effectively within the shift co-ordination Framework, working as nurse in charge as required, ensuring as far as reasonably practicable a safe environment
•Undertake the role of "Preceptor" to newly qualified staff
