Are you an experienced RMN looking for an opportunity to work flexibly and enhance your rate of pay? Do you have experience in a Community Mental health team or in an NHS Mental Health Ward?

We are working with a Community team in York looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse to support with increasing caseloads and extensive waiting lists. As a CPN you would be expected to carry out assessments, provide therapeutic treatments, liaise with multiple agencies and refer to appropriate services.

Experience is preferable but not essential, this could be a great opportunity to enhance your skills and progress your Nursing career.

As a CPN your working hours can be flexible but would normally be 9-5pm or 8-4pm Monday-Friday depending on the needs of the service and clients, pay rates can differ depending on experience but are upwards of £25 per hour. Contracts available are between 6+ months.

As a CPN you will be responsible for:
- Therapeutic interventions
- Care planning
- Care Coordinating
- Depot injections
- Discharge planning

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in NHS mental Health team
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
