We are supporting a prestigious organisation based in Glasgow who have a number of opportunities to work within a 32 bed service for adults with enduring mental illness. The individual should have great communication skills, and a passion for working with individuals with Mental Health conditions/Learning Disabilities and being their advocate.
This RMN role involves providing support within mixed sex service for patients aged from 18+.
Excellent Salary with enhancements on a permanent contract. This role is working on a night shift basis.
The RMN's typical shift could involve:
* Taking charge of shift and directing team of HCA/Support staff
* Completing observations
* Clinical risk management
* Mental Health assessment of patients
* Working 1-2-1 with newly referred admissions to the ward.
