Mental Health Nurse posted by Chase Medical

Part Time
£25,000 - £42,000 / year
NHS Band 6/7

Job Description

Mental Health Nurse / PWP

We are interested in hearing from experienced Mental Health Nurses and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners with experience in General Practice, based in or willing to travel to Wrexham. To apply, you should have experience working at Band 5 level.

Pay rate: £25 per hour (inc holiday pay for PAYE staff)

We are working with a surgery seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse or PWP to work with them on a flexible locum basis.

As you will be working on a locum basis via Chase Medical, you will retain complete control of your own diary and won't be tied in to doing a minimum number of hours per month. You choose your own shifts, meaning you simply work as and when you choose. This means you can fit shifts around another role/other commitments.

As the opportunity is based within General Practice, the shifts available to choose from are weekdays. You can work full days, half days or anything in between (whatever suits you).

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or qualified PWP (accredited IAPT low intensity or PWP training course)
  • Experience working in General Practice
  • Regular or ad-hoc availability in the week
