Looking for flexible work? We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 Mental health Nurse

Location | Jersey | (Are you looking to Relocate) MUST HAVE UK EXPERIENCE
Looking for Band 5 Mental Health Nurses. They will pay for half of your accommodation and flights back and forth.
To support Adult community mental Health services. As part of the response to the Covid 19 crisis HCS mental health services have been challenged to work differently for community services this means focusing on admission avoidance and facilitating early discharge in addition we are looking to treat people in the community more effectively.

Needs to be able to complete mental health assessment
For patients presenting in crisis in ED.
To work with police in a street triage capacity at least 2 of
the agency must be able to work days and nights.
Experience of working within a crisis resolution home
treatment team model is desirable and must be able to drive.
Must be able to formulate risk and structure risk
management plans.
Able to work shift based pattern of work.
Experienced in Liaison Mental Health within A&E
Excellent assessment, risk assessment and care/risk
formulation skills
Person centred and least restrictive approach to care
delivery and interventions.
Competent in multi-agency and multi-disciplinary
working.
