Working as a Mental Health Nurse within a ward setting means no two shifts are the same. As a specialist Mental Health Nurse you will be dynamic & proactive in your nursing care. We are looking for nurses who are truly dedicated and invested in patient rehabilitation and knowledgeable with deescalation techniques, both practical and psychological. As a specialist mental health nurse with Randstad you will have full control over your working week and whilst pay is depending on experience, your minimum earning potential starts at £264 per shift.

Have a full and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric care Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and rehabilitate young adults on a daily basis Evaluate and monitor residents care plans to ensure individual patient led care is given at all timesSound like the right role for you?
