Job Description

Working as a Mental Health Nurse within a ward setting means no two shifts are the same. As a specialist Mental Health Nurse you will be dynamic & proactive in your nursing care. We are looking for nurses who are truly dedicated and invested in patient rehabilitation and knowledgeable with deescalation techniques, both practical and psychological. As a specialist mental health nurse with Randstad you will have full control over your working week and whilst pay is depending on experience, your minimum earning potential starts at £264 per shift.

Working as a Mental Health Nurse means so many things! You will be expected to:

Have a full and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric care
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and rehabilitate young adults on a daily basis
Evaluate and monitor residents care plans to ensure individual patient led care is given at all timesSound like the right role for you? To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the right nurse will:

Be passionate about the support and rehabilitation of vulnerable adults with Mental Health concerns
Have a clear and active NMC PIN
Currently hold, or be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS
