We are looking for a Band 2 Care Support Worker for a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist Clozapine Clinic based in a hospital in Norwich within the NHS. •Do you know someone who would be interested in this role? We offer a £250 referral bonus per successful candidate that is referred* Temporary pay rate: •Days £11ph ltd Hours and length of contract: •Full time or Part time •Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 •The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP with an initial 3 months contract. Daily Duties: Working as part of the Clozapine Clinic your duties will include: •Greeting service users who are attending the Clozapine Clinic for their blood •Completing service user notes on the trusts electronic patient system •Completing phlebotomy interventions for the service users attending the clinic (Desirable but not essential) •Driving to support with any home visits appointments •Supporting in depot clinics to support with documenting service users notes when medication has been administered •Liaising with members of the service users care team communicating any concerns regarding the service users mental state or Clozapine treatment. •Completing basic physical health checks such as blood pressure, pulse, height & weight. •Diary management You will be expected to work within a multi-disciplinary team and therefore team working skills are essential. Person specification: The applicant must be DBS cleared and have previous experience in the field.
