A really exciting, new healthcare technology start-up with plans for global expansion are looking for an assay scientist to join them in London.

The Company

This company are at the exciting, initial start-up phase, and are developing a new technology that will change the way consumers interact with healthcare. The relevant candidate will be joining the R&D team in their initial development stage, offering clear, future progression.

Microarray Assay Scientist Role

This role is suited to a highly skilled assay development scientist, who has a keen interest in Biomedical science. They are looking specifically for someone who has worked with Microarray Assays, as this is integral to the basis of their technology.  

Microarray Assay Scientist Requirements

A PhD in biochemistry, engineering, physics or a closely related discipline, or equivalent industrial/commercial experience with molecular sciences.
PhD from a top academic institution
Experience within In Vitro Diagnostics is highly desirable.
Experience working with Microfluidics and Surface Chemistry desirable 
Experience with novel bioassay development and implementation
Knowledge or experience of biomedical statistics
Experience working within a dynamic, research team
Multi-disciplinary, hands-on scientist who is passionate and committed.
