Job Title: Minor Illness Nurse

Place of work: Windrush Medical Practice, Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary band: Dependent on experience

Hours: Part Time. 4 sessions per week. 

Either:

All day Tuesday, Wednesday am and Friday pm

            or

All day Tuesday and all day Wednesday

Sessions are from 8:30 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 18:30

We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse, preferably an Independent/Supplementary prescriber with experience of all or some of the following: minor illness, treatment room and chronic disease management to join our forward thinking practice nurse team. You should be willing to learn new skills, happy to work as part of a team, flexible in your approach and to provide holiday and sickness cover for other team members.

The main role would be to predominately cover the Minor Illness Clinic, although an additional 4 hours of work in research may be available if wanted.  Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.  Clinics run both morning and afternoon so you should be available to work either from 08:30 am and/or until 18:30 on some sessions.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
