Requirements for this position

In order to be considered for this role you will have a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willing to achieve within 12 months). Youth work would be desirable and ideally you will have a good knowledge and understanding of working with young people and the issues they face. Strong written and verbal communication will be key for this role. You MUST have a driving license.
