ST, Georges University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust  is looking for an exceptional Named Nurse   to lead the service for Children Looked After .

The post holder will work with in the Childrens Directorate delivering a service to the Children of Wandsworth who are Looked After.  There  is a good working relationship with the  local authority  to ensure the children receive   comprehensive  care planning  of their health  and social  care needs when  a Looked after Child. The team consists of the Named Doctor , Speciality Registrar,   Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist  and administration team.

There  are strong links with Wandsworth  CCG  Designated  Nurse  ensuring the local and national agenda for the care of the children are comprehensively  met .

The trust is looking for  a nurse who has previous experience of  working in the role either as a Clinical Nurse Specialist looking for promotion , or previously as a Named Nurse .
