This is reflected in our latest CQC report of 'Good'. It is also supported by our Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional Framework for Professional Practice.
We are therefore looking to recruit motivated, hardworking nurses who have excellent communication skills & a passion for their role and improving patient care When working clinically we expect you to perform with passion and drive, provide clinically excellent care, and be supportive to patients, relatives, and other MDT members. As a registered nurse you will be expected to promote and lead the delivery of an excellent standard of patient centred care in a supported environment.
There are exciting opportunities (Full and Part Time) to join our highly motivated, and dynamic teams within our Trust.
The hospital is known for being a friendly and supportive place to work; a large part of this is due to the teams that work here. As newly qualified nurses you can be assured that you will be supported and developed in your role. All our newly qualified nurses complete the Preceptorship Programme and are supported by the senior team and the practice educators.
Our Registered Nurses make a real difference to patients’ lives. Whether you are providing skilled nursing care or undertaking advanced clinical tasks, all the while you will be providing continuing compassionate care and support. You will be on hand to ensure that the ward or department runs smoothly and that patients receive all the care and support they need. You will find that it’s a role that is incredibly rewarding.
We are now accepting applications to work in a variety of clinical areas within the trust. We can also offer rotational opportunities to enable you to develop your skills and portfolio.
We are also holding an open day on SATURDAY 14th SEPTEMBER 2019 between 10am and 2.00 pm in the Education Centre at Royal Bolton Hospital where you can talk to the nursing teams about the opportunities available. You can also have an interview on the day.
