We are currently looking for four Call Handlers to join the NHS on a full-time basis on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract. You will be answering telephone calls directly from members of the public and healthcare professionals and will be responsible for directing the caller to the most suitable service to meet their needs.
About the Role:
This role can be part time or full time, the hours can be from 15 per week to 37.5 per week. Various hours available over days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Pay is dependent on shift pattern, which are as follows;
Monday - Friday £9.62 per hour
Nights / Saturday - £12.99 per hour
Sunday / BH - £16.35 per hour
