NHS 111 Health Advisors take a variety of incoming calls from patients, providing them with an appropriate response to urgent healthcare needs within a timeframe.
This could mean booking a GP appointment, advising them to attend an out of hour’s service or even dispatching an ambulance!

If you are:
A good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Interested in the health and social sector
Organised, have a strong attention to detail and have good administration skills
Computer literate – including in Microsoft Office – and keen to learn new skills

Not only do we offer an excellent basic salary of £17,787 - £20,448 pro rata you will also receive the following unsocial hour’s allowance:
All time Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any week day after 8pm and before 6am: Time plus 37%
All time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight): Time plus 74%

The starting holiday entitlement is 27 days per annum (based on full time hours) plus bank holidays.
