Job Title - Executive Assistant
Location - Royston, Hertfordshire
Hours - 37.5 Hours per week, 9-5
Salary - £16.50 LTD
Contract - 3 Months Ongoing.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide a first class, efficient and effective service to the Director of HR at a busy NHS Trust. This is an Executive Assistant role, and requires a candidate that has extensive experience of diary management and email management. Outlook, Excel and all Microsoft packages will be used, and extensive knowledge is required in all of these systems. The candidate will be expected to support the Director of HR with complaints and day to day business.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with considerable previous experience of working in a demanding and challenging Executive Assistant role. You will have the ability to be flexible, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, be experienced in minute taking at a senior level and have undertaken complex diary management. The ability to prioritise constantly changing workloads is a must, as is the need to act on your own initiative when undertaking the complex business for the CEO of the trust. An understanding of the need for discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting are essential.
The post holder will require a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
