We are currently recruiting on behalf of an NHS Service who are on- boarding a team of temporary customer service administrators. Working full time (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm) on an ongoing, long term temporary basis, you will be responsible for supporting an NHS administrative project surrounding patient referrals.
Working within a lively and vibrant remote-working team, day to day duties will include inputting all referrals onto the NHS e-Referral system, undertake informed choice conversations with patients as required, book appointments on behalf of patients, and monitor referral activity.
To be successful in this role you will need good IT/database skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, be organised, efficient and be a strong team-player. You will also need a good understanding of Data Protection and be able to work confidentially with sensitive patient information.
