The Radiology Directorate manages Radiology Services on seven sites across Gloucestershire. We are the second largest directorate in the South West of England offering a broad range of sub-specialty work including adult and paediatric radiography including trauma and orthopaedic examinations, mobile imaging, general radiography, cardiac and interventional procedures, digital fluoroscopy, CT scanning, MRI and Ultrasound. CPD is actively encouraged and there are opportunities to learn additional skills in all modalities to ensure that you feel fulfilled in your work. The Directorate is innovative in developing the service whilst remaining responsive to the needs of patients and ensuring the support, development and education of all of our staff.

NIGHT/WEEKEND RADIOGRAPHER GRADE BAND 6
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated night and weekend Band 6 Radiographer. This post provides the opportunity for a lot of variety and excellent career prospects and will enable you to consolidate your skills in a supportive environment. We have two main Imaging departments which are equipped with a range of DR and CR general imaging equipment, new digital mobiles, digital Fluoroscopy and Interventional rooms, Cardiac Laboratories, CT scanners (2 of which are brand new) and MRI scanners.
The post holder will be expected to participate in the shift system which exists within the department which operates over a 4 week rolling rota. CT experience is essential for this position.
