Job Description

Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Night Nurse (RGN) for a small nursing home in Halesowen, West Midlands.

Committing to 36 hours earning circa £25,000 + annual loyalty bonus, quarterly bonuses if homes hitting targets, 1-1 nurse educator for CPD, employee awards, part of a family working for this provider

The Home is a specialist care home that is suitable for a wide range of personal care and rehabilitation needs, with a friendly service and homely surroundings making it an ideal accommodation in which to spend a relaxing retirement. Our client is looking for a Staff Nurse to work 36 hours per week, the salary is £25,066 per annum. You would work 3 x shifts per week, nights only.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications: -

Registered Nurse (RGN)

Active NMC Pin

Desire to work in a nursing home environment

Our client will look to you to make sure that each and every resident's physical, psychological and social needs are met - and that they get the very most they possibly can from life every day. As a Registered Nurse, you'll also be the leader of a multi-disciplinary shift team supporting and mentoring everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.

Like our client you will pride yourself both on the highest clinical standards, and on your person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing. Whether you're making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a tailored care plan that takes care of both body and mind, providing medication safely, keeping scrupulous records or carrying out a whole range of clinical tasks, from giving an injection to managing a PEG, you'll meet the highest standards.
