My client, a nursing home in the Burscough/Ormskirk area have a vacancy for a Night nurse manager (RGN/RMN) to join the dedicated team. The successful candidate will ensure the high standards of nursing care and work with the home manager in order to run the home in line with legislation and current practice.
Hours:
The post is full time permanent on nights
Job Description:
To support the manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the home's management and service provision. Working within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, the organisations Policies and Procedures and Codes of Practice are adhered to.
To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care. To lead the clinical nursing work and staff management in the designated area of responsibility.
To help maintain in the home the atmosphere and practice of care based on the groups values deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.
You will need to assess plan, deliver and evaluate resident care, in order to achieve the highest standards.

Experience of leading and working within a team
Current and valid NMC Registration
A clean DBS
Committed to the highest standards of care
Right to work in the UK
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
