A qualified RGN or RMN is required to work full-time nights in an elderly and dementia nursing home in the Torpoint area.
Details of the Night Nurse RGN/RMN role and what the successful candidate will receive:
• 37.5 hours per week on permanent nights
• Shifts covering a 7 day rota, which includes alternate weekends
• Excellent hourly rates of up to £18.20 plus paid breaks
• Free uniforms and free parking
• A comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development opportunities
Duties for this Night Nurse role will include medication management and administration, leading care assistants in the delivery of person-centred care and ensuring care documentation is up to date. Assist the primary nurse in completing client admissions/discharge forms and organise formal staff appraisals.
Applicants for this Night Nurse position should meet the following criteria:
• Up to date NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year’s post registration experience
