Our Wickmeads Care Home will be opening its doors on Saturday 19^th and Wednesday 23^rd October and we would love to see you!

- Saturday 19^th October - 10.00am to 1.00pm
- Wednesday 23^rd October - 2.00pm to 8.00pm

We currently have an opportunity for a Night Shift Leader to join us at Wickmeads, our beautiful Care Home in Southborne, Bournemouth BH6 4LG
* Full Time , Part Time and Bank Hours available
* £10.30 Per Hour
* Night Shift: 7.45pm - 08:00am

Our respected care team make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual with care experience to join us in leading a care team at our home. Working with your colleagues, you'll plan and manage the delivery of high quality care for our residents.

Wickmeads is a newly-built residential and dementia care home in Southbourne, located close to the picturesque River Stour. Sitting in the heart of its local community in the village of Tuckton, this purpose-built home offers a pleasant and peaceful setting, a warm welcome and a home-from-home atmosphere.

Job Requirements

About you:

You will have experience in the care of older people and the supervision of staff, together with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

You will also have experience in administering medication and hold an NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or hold a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to train to achieve the level 3 Diploma shortly after you start with us.
