Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit Non-Aseptic Production Operatives to work for a pharmaceutical Healthcare company who have sites nationwide and looking to recruit at their site Harlow. They have been successful for 25 years +

Their main clients are patients on the NHS to enable them a more comfortable quality of life for them and offering support to hospitals. This role will become permanent

As a production operative your duties will include:

Rotating around the different stages of the compounding process to provide support to the aseptic functions within their aseptic facilities providing pharmaceutical products for patients. Internal training will be provided for all roles which comprises of practical on the job training with policies and assessment to embed new skills. They are always expanding so internal potential promotion within the company is a possibility for candidates who want to progress within the company.


*Following GMP standards and departmental procedures in line with MHRA requirements at all times.
*Wearing garments that cover all parts of the body, and suitable PPE.
*Sanitisation of graded and un-graded areas within the production facilities.
*Sanitisation of starting materials at various stages of production.
*Inspection and labelling of completed products.
*Other duties as and when required.

Qualifications, Training & Experience:

No formal qualifications are required as full training for the role is provided by the company

*Takes responsibility for own actions.
*Organised and punctual.
*Good attention to detail.
*Is prepared to try new ways of doing things.
*Is willing to be flexible in own role to meet the needs of the team.
*Must conform to all regulatory and in-house procedures.
*Is numerate and literate.
*Must demonstrate good manual dexterity.
*Must have the ability to concentrate under pressure.
*Must be able to self-check whilst preparing products

In return the company offer -

Hours of work / shift patterns / pay 9.01 per stand hour
*37.5 hours per week: 6-2 + 2-10 rotating Monday - Friday. 1-hour lunch.
*Overtime is available (manager discretion). All voluntary
*All bank holidays contracted. Lieu time given.

Nights: £10.69 per hour
*37.5 hours per week: 10pm - 6am Sunday - Thursday - 1-hour lunch.
*Overtime is available (manager discretion). All voluntary
*All bank holidays contracted. Lieu time given.

Performance review
*Regular feedback scored on punctuality, attendance, work ethic, errors…

Training assessments / GMP
*2 weeks 2-on-1 training with a trainer.
*Reading mixed with practical on-the-job training, with assessment.
*Training is usually conducted on days, mostly early shift.
